To All Parents, Teachers and Students
Despite the ice cold weather, this year’s fun day and cycle challenge was huge success and the feedback received has been very positive. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this day a truly great day.
Also a big thank you to the sponsors, both the corporate and individual whose generosity made the day so successful.
Well done to all the participants of the cycle challenge, who thoroughly enjoyed the improved route and especially to all the helpers who worked so hard to ensure that the race proceeded smoothly.
A special thanks to all those class moms, parents and the teachers who went the extra mile and provided much needed help at the fun day, without you the day would not have run so smoothly nor would it have been a such a success,.
Well done to the prizes winners of the raffles: High Tea at the Michelangelo Hotel - Linda Guise Brown, A Dinner Voucher Maximillien - Kerris Foster, Weekend B&B at Da Vinci Hotel – Ilsa Kaya, Sunset flight - Alexander Nel, A 4 night stay Mozambique - Heloise
A special thanks to the PTF members who give so much of their valuable time in supporting BPS.
It is because of all the parents, teachers and friends of the PTF whose support, hard work and dedication enabled us to raised just short of R43000 which we will put towards the PTF projects which include the purchasing of a clock for the bell tower and the possible enclosure of the amphitheatre.
Our ‘World Cup Soccer” tournament was played on Saturday and was a huge success. Thank you to Mrs Fernandes for her infectious enthusiasm in arranging this enjoyable afternoon.
Don’t forget the upcoming biathlon which also promises to be fun filled excitement for the whole family.
Also don’t forget to link your Makro Card to the BPS profile and don’t forget your My School Card. It costs nothing and the benefits will positively impact your Childs BPS experience. Send me your makro number by email and I will do the rest for you.
As we are your PTF we value your feedback and input and with this in mind we welcome your suggestions of what you would like to see in the new tuck shop facility which is being built as part of the new and excitement “upgrades” happening at BPS. Send any suggestions or input to Darran@ctlgroup.co.za.
Please feel free to communicate with me at any time with any concerns you may have.
All that is left is for me to say is bundle up for the rest of the cold winter months, roll on spring and everyone be safe.
Regard
Darran Ledden
